My last six months as a Pimsler
Seeing as I haven't updated this since I moved to Cali, I figured it was a bit overdue...that and a certain teaching asking "why haven't I seen any updates." Thanks for the motivation, Schwepker. Even though I'm officially Mrs. Teller now, and my photo credits now read Ana Teller (strange), I think I'll still leave the website as a Pimsler, that is how I entered this career after all.

Step Team
Day 1 of 3 shooting Potomac High School step team. This is a quick and dirty edit of last night's practice. I'm doing audio, and am trying to get some video in just for practice...we'll see what happens in the next two days.

Training at the Mall
During a training drill, firefighters search for a down firefighter in the Manassas Mall Wednesday, March 5, 2008. Firefighters from Prince William County and the City of Manassas were able to do training in the section of the mall that will be torn down in the next two weeks, and will eventually host a Wal-Mart.

Basketball, Bistro, and Buildings (car into), oh my!
An outtake from a recent semi-finals game I thought was funny.

This guy started a fancy French restuarant in our little town of Occoquan - the whole staff is from the Watergate Hotel in DC.

A good laugh during student government day. Just trying out the Board's chairs.

Dr. Seuss play.

Cab Driver Killed
One of the things I hate to do - go to a family's house that has just lost a loved one. This time the family was so very welcoming of us (the paper)and it was a great relief. Maybe it was a cultural difference, maybe a family difference, whatever it was, I was made to feel welcome, and for all the times we're pushed away as journalists, it's these times you remember the most.

Ice Storm
A sudden ice storm hit the area just as commuters were taking to the roads causing numerous accidents all across Prince William. It left everything covered in a blanket of ice the next morning, again just in time for commuters to hit the roads.
